Dr. Tiffany Lee, Chief Executive Officer

Tiffany Lee, PhD, is the chief executive officer of GreenLee Behavioral Health Services, LLC. Dr. Lee is passionate about positively impacting the lives of individuals served. She strives to create a calm, healing environment for all individuals who entrust their care with GreenLee Behavioral Health Services.


A native of Swainsboro, Georgia, Dr. Lee is living her purpose-driven path. Throughout more than 16 years, she has worked with behavioral and mental health organizations and provided services to individuals one-on-one. In 2008, she stepped out on faith and opened GreenLee Behavioral Health Services, hoping to positively impact more lives throughout Georgia and Metro Atlanta.


Dr. Lee’s focus is mental and behavioral health issues impacting society. She received her PhD from Walden University in human services, with a concentration in counseling and psychology. She earned a dual master’s degree from Troy University in counseling/ psychology and education. She is also an undergraduate alumna of Albany State University where she majored in sociology and minored in psychology.


Dr. Lee is active with The Greater Piney Grove Baptist Church in Atlanta; Psi Alpha Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.; Order of the Eastern Star; the Chamber of Commerce in Henry and Dekalb counties; National Association of Professional Women; and the C12 Group, a Christian-based networking organization. She was recently inducted into the National Society of Leadership and Success and has been tapped as a Walden University ambassador.


Dr. Lee hopes to erase the stigma that often surrounds mental health issues by expanding conversations and services that encourage thoughtful, proactive treatment options. She believes, “Most people are one positive thought, a positive act, or meeting one positive person, away from changing their entire life,” and wants GreenLee to be the bridge to better mental health.
